Why Now?
Even before the outbreak of COVID-19, analysts like Forrester in their predictions for 2020 were amplifying executive concerns about the commercial orientation of the CX industry.

Incoming recessionary pressures will only add fresh challenges.
However Forrester also predict a new CX generation will move into executive roles by proving their value in terms of growing revenue and reducing cost. Something customer experience management delivers when designed and executed in a commercially integrated way.

What Will I Learn?
This is what we will work through together during your session.
The workshop combines one third theory and two thirds practical work – discussions, designing and working in pairs, presenting and being coached.
At the end of the workshop there will be a group discussion on what has been learnt and personal take-away actions. Everyone receives a booklet giving pen portraits for the major CXO roles and practical techniques that can be applied immediately.

The Details
For the forseeable future, we are running the workshop as an online Zoom session. It provides the flexibility to interact as a group as well as using the breakout rooms to work and rehearse in pairs.
Sessions are from 10.00am – 3.00pm with an hour for lunch to reacharge and reflect.
